24-story landmark including 4 underground parking levels, 8 floors for banks and retail, and upper levels dedicated to corporate offices.

Accra, Ghana – 2023 Residential Tower
Main Contractor
16-story residential tower with 2 underground parking levels, over 90 apartments (1,700 sqm floor area), leisure facilities including pools and gyms, and equipped with Smart Home Systems.

KIA Car Assembly Plant
Accra, Ghana – 2021 Commercial – Industrial Project
Main Contractor
Automobile assembly plant for KIA in West Africa, executed in coordination with the company’s Korean engineers, covering all engineering, electrical, and mechanical works.
